This notice covers the Legal Giant disability help pages at calls.legalgiant.co/ssd/. Legal Giant is independent legal advertising. It is not a law firm and not the Social Security Administration.
What stays in your browser
The optional ZIP check matches your entry against a postal directory that downloads with the page. ZIP and claim-stage choices are not sent, logged, put in a web address or saved in cookies or browser storage. Reloading the page clears them.
These pages have no name, phone, email, medical-condition or Social Security number fields. Please do not type that kind of information anywhere on them.
Visit and call-button measurement
The main page and the guide pages load two measurement tools: the Google Ads tag for the Legal Giant ads account and PostHog. They record that a page was viewed and that a call button was tapped, with the page path and which button was used. They also receive standard details from your browser, such as device and browser type, the referring page, ad-click IDs in the web address and an approximate location based on your IP address.
The Google tag is set so it does not use your data for ad personalization or collect data you type, and its Google Analytics stream is switched off. Both tools can set cookies or local storage to recognize the same browser and link a visit to the ad click that led to it. PostHog session recording, surveys and automatic click capture are turned off. This privacy page and the terms page load neither tool.
When you call
Tapping a call button opens your phone's dialer with (833) 457-3565. A call-routing service connects the call to the intake team that answers. What you share on the call is handled by that team under its own practices. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.
Your choices and other websites
You can block cookies or use a content blocker. The page, the ZIP check and the call button still work. Links to SSA, the brand website, the photo credit and the license open other websites with their own privacy terms. These pages send no referrer with those links. The Legal Giant privacy policy covers the main legalgiant.co website.
